About the wine

Tasting notes

Medium deep brick red. Beautiful opulent dark chocolate/meaty/prune/ cedar aromas. The palate is ripe and perfectly balanced with smooth dark chocolate/prune/dark fruit/graphite flavours and loose-knit, slinky tannins. Finishes long and sweet. Rich, seamless and satisfying wine. Still has plenty of time ahead.

Shiraz or Syrah

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
