From mature Upper Yarra Vineyards - Bulong Estate and Willowlake Vineyard.Naturally fermented in a combination of tank and seasoned French oak. Rested on fine lees for six months and bottled without fining. The Willowlake fruit brings more fruit flavour and power to the wine while the Bulong component is steely and lean. The combination attaining a balance of the two.

“Pear, nectarine, oatmeal, cookie dough scents and flavours. Slippery texture with a good deal of creaminess to finish, lots of cinnamon spice, green melon in the mix of stone fruit and pear again. Refreshing but textural expression here.”
