This bottle fermented prosecco is the first of our releases of the 2021 vintage – the first in Vinea Marson’s state of the art new winery. Made using fruit sourced from our friend’s vineyard on the banks of the Ovens River in the Alpine Valleys.

Aromas of bright and ripe red apple with prominent floral notes of lifted alpine flowers. On the palate, a freshness asserts itself with flavours of fresh cut Granny Smith apple and bitter lemon spritz complemented by a rich, creamy mousse. A long palate with hint of amaro bitterness leads to a balanced, dry and savoury finish – a testament to the addition of 1.5% pinot bianco winemakers Mario & Madeleine Marson add to the prosecco prior to secondary fermentation in bottle.
