Tasting notes
Very fine and sophisticated with aromas of citrus, pear, Comté, cucumber, almond, uni, hints of white soy and ocean spray. The palate is deliciously creamy with an oceanic salinity and toastiness that joins fennel, custard apple, tart nectarine and nashi pear.
