About the wine
Tasting notes
This is the first time we have made this blend since 2016. Being a small producer (only about 1000 bottles of this wine) we have the flexibility to make the wine in the style that best suits the grapes each year and this is GOOD. The blend is made up of 66% Sauvignon Blanc and 34% Semillon and displays lemon citrus and grapefruit, a touch of passionfruit and balanced acidity.We love this wine, sitting on the deck just having a glass of wine.750mL 12%Alc/Vol.
