Sustainable viticulture techniques are utilised capturing the grey and red loam soils of the beautiful Hesket Kerrie Valley. These techniques yield grapes of exceptional quality and character. Grapes are sourced from the local Straws Lane vineyard to produce our Sparkling Blanc de Noir and Gewürztraminer. An elegant Heathcote Shiraz is also available.
