Whole-bunch pressed, racked off gross lees and transferred to French oak barriques (20% new). Both wild and cultured yeasts, 9 months' maturation in oak. Alas, there was no viognier produced in the challenging vintages of 2019 and 2020, leaving this beauty to go it alone for some time. A memorable drinking experience.

A full bodied, rich and decadent white wine that comes from the Northern Rhône in France. These wines are deeply flavoured, complex and unctuous with perfumed aromas and intense flavours of honeysuckles, rose, peach, tangerine, mango and quince. Often paired with oak, these wines develop vanilla and nutty complexity that takes it to a whole other level of decadence. Beautiful and curvaceous wines to lose yourself in!
